Nexora is also a construction company. Our own project business — sites, suppliers, invoices, deadlines — has run on the system we build for clients since April 2026. Daily, with real money and real deadlines attached.
A real project (lightning protection, retail): base order, three change orders, the supplier chain, the test protocol — every line comes from the system. Figures, amounts, dates and flows are real — names, places and companies anonymized. Interfaces are shown in German: they are artifacts of the live system.
Every evening, the system phones the site lead
Nobody on a construction site types. So the system asks, daily: what was done, where, how long, what material? The answer lands structured in the project file — documentation that would otherwise never exist.
The project file reconciles itself against reality
Supplier emails, voice recordings, invoices and schedules are checked against the project record and differences resolved. What nobody documented becomes your problem in a dispute — that is exactly the gap this closes.
